At CosyPetSupply, we want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of pet hair or debris.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
